Next up is Ivanzinho Percussa a drummer and teacher from Nação do Maracatu Porto Rico based in Recife, Brazil. Ivanzinho will talk about the heritages of Porto Rico’s religious community, exploring Jeje, Nagô, and Macumba traditions and how they relate to Maracatu and the local community.
